Adrienne and I started investing with Alpha last year, on the recommendation of a friend, who had migrated to Alpha from another investment company. Prior to that we had invested in term deposits with various banks but were concerned with the ever-diminishing rates offered. We have invested in Alpha mortgage securities for over the past 2 years and have had a total of 6 investments all paying above market interest on a regular monthly basis (8+%) during this time. In all our dealings with Alpha we have found them entirely professional and responsive to any queries and concerns that we have had. They carry out extensive due diligence before entering in any loan agreement and as a consequence there has been only one issue with any of the loans we have invested in. On that loan Alpha moved very quickly to address the situation and interest payments have continued. Because Alpha adopt a conservative LVR approach to loans we have no concern that should a default occur we would get our money back. Alpha are always pleasant to deal with and accordingly we have every confidence in our continued dealings with them.
